Come to Rocky Point

The biggest motorcycle fiesta is here!

More than 22 thousand visitors and more than 8 thousand motorcyclists are expected to come for the 19th edition of the Rocky Point Rally, the largest biker “fiesta” in the Northwest of Mexico that will take place from November 7 to 10.

This event brings together bikers from the United States, Mexico and other countries who cross hundreds or thousands of kilometers on their motorcycle to attend the rally.

At a press conference Oscar Palacio Soto, the main organizer of the Rocky Point Rally, announced that most hotels and resorts have reported reservations to be at full capacity.

Most motorcyclists come from the states of Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, and California; as well as Sonora, Chihuahua, Baja California, and the middle states of Mexico. Also, more bikers from Indonesia, Sweden, and Canada are added every year!

The Rocky Point Rally is best experienced at the malecon and on Calle 13, both of which get flooded with motorcycles of all kinds as well as on 13th Street. The party has now been expanded towards the Mirador where there will be concerts with rock bands in English and Spanish.

Other fun staples of this rally are the “Poker run”, motorcycle competitions and acrobatics, and of course the traditional motorcycle parade that takes place on the main streets of the city.

This event brings together thousands of visitors, and is mainly promoted to capture tourist influx in the so-called “low season”.
