Explore the World's Aquarium

Explore what was dubbed the “World’s Aquarium” by Jacques Cousteau given its incredible biodiversity of marine life. You can submerge yourself and scuba dive to come face to face with the marvelous underwater world filled with multicolored fish and sealife.

A spectacular place for this is Isla San Jorge, considered a Federal Reserve for the protection of several bird species and sea lions, many of which will swim curiously nearby as you scuba, snorkel, kayak, or paddleboard. You can also snorkel in the area of the Reef, named so given the extensive stretch of rocky coast forming a natural reef that has become home to several fish species. Another interesting spot nearby is the Homeport, with large blocks sunk underwater that are now covered in plankton, which has become a reef full of colorful fish.
