Mexico’s traditional September patriotic festivities are upon us! What better way to celebrate than a trip to Rocky Point for Mexico’s Independence Day, along with mariachi, Mexican treats, and in a truly fiesta environment!
Numerous restaurants, resorts, and bars in this treasured tourist destination are preparing special Mexican Night offerings, along with live music, fireworks, and other surprises to mark Independence Day. Don’t forget the traditional ringing of the bell and “Grito de Dolores” in front of City Hall along with burning of “the castle”, folkloric dances, and colorful fireworks. ¡Viva!

By night you can take in Independence day festivities at a restaurant, night club, or simply by celebrating with a group of friends on a seaside terrace. There’s lots to do!
